The CRDG Team worked closely with the client to celebrate their love for the outdoors, LA baseball, and entertaining. Having just purchased this new construction condo unit, the client enlisted CRDG to transform this blank space into their favorite place. This roof deck was designed to support five “outdoor rooms.

The dogrun for their two corgis; Butters and Cartman and a flexible space for kettlebell workouts anchor the back half of this deck. The covered lounge area with an oversized outdoor tv, fire pit table, infrared electric heaters, stunning ipe feature wall, and “stadium seating” bar tops create the perfect Dodger baseball viewing area late into the World Series Championship game!

The secondary lounge space and impressive kitchen finish off the front portion of the deck to create the perfect entertaining space. This project proved to be so special that our clients were able to pivot their 2020 wedding plans and celebrate their nuptials on the roof deck with a small group of friends and family!.
