The "Dual Horizon Ipe Sanctuary of Privacy" project was designed to provide a tranquil escape in the midst of a bustling city. The upper deck features a spacious relaxation area with synthetic grass and ipe planters, shielded by ipe screens while maintaining an open feel with the glass railing facing the house.

On the lower deck, an eight-person dining set and built-in grill are surrounded by concrete planters and additional ipe privacy screens to create a sense of seclusion and serenity. In the evening, the mood is set with string lights, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can create a peaceful sanctuary in an urban environment, allowing homeowners to unwind and recharge in complete privacy.
