Chicago Roof Deck and Garden was presented with the Gold Key Award by the Home Builder Association of Greater Chicago for their exceptional work in "Excellence in Housing Design." The award recognized their project, "Wood Grain Warmth in Old Town," which falls under the Outdoor spaces division and won in the Living Space - 1,700 sq. ft. category. This accolade was bestowed upon us in 2019.
