The most prominent visual part of this project are two amazing graffito. One embedded into Chicago letters and the other is a mixture adult cartoons "Rick and Morty", "Futurama", "Family Guy" and others.

A pergola covers the large outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in grill. The space boasts two separate TVs to ensure that no game is missed. The lounge and dining area are surrounded by greenery and protected with privacy screens.

The "Big Boy" statue holding a meal in his hand welcomes you to the rooftop, while a dedicated dog corner with a drainage system and fake red hydrant provides a convenient spot for furry friends.
