Mary is a Chicago transplant, originally from Buffalo NY. She has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping field, specializing in small business.

Jared is a Chicago native, attending Walter Payton College Prep HS followed by The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.

Christi has 20+ years in architecture and construction, with a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University. She’s worked in residential design firms, co-founded a design studio, and taught interior design in New Mexico. For 11 years, she’s focused on Chicago home inspections, mastering Midwest construction methods and materials. Her expertise helps her identify complex issues in design and construction.

Erik graduated from Michigan State University with a Degree in Landscape Architecture. As a Registered Landscape Architect, he has a great eye for design and an impressive problem-solving mindset.

From building custom homes in the north shore to roof decks in Chicago, Tom anchors the construction crew with his impressive background as a road and bridge engineer.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of luxury homes in Chicago.

Darren Flynn is the Managing Principal and founding member of Chicago Roof Deck & Garden, started in 2009.
