We’ve been hard at work here over the last year not only creating beautiful spaces throughout the city of Chicago, but creating new, beautiful spaces within our office as well. Located at 1859 N. Elston, we now have several different spaces that do a great job showcasing out design and construction capabilities while also providing employees plenty of space to go to take a phone call, grab lunch, or just relax and recharge. As you enter the office, you walk into our showroom which features a slightly raised ‘deck’ with railings, plantings, tiles, furniture, and a stone fireplace (behind the plantings). 
From this angle you can see the stone fireplace as well as a concrete fire pit and our custom bar with an orange-painted I-Beam running the length of the facade. 
Our custom bar has a mounted TV in the back corner and a fun mural painted on the wall just off to the right of the bar. 
Two steps up to a really cool “Indoor Deck” with a stone fireplace and steel railings surrounding the space. 
The new back lounge room contains a custom bar, a stage, 3 lounge groups, and a dining table. 
The stage in the back is situated to allow for small lectures and panel discussions. 
This lounge group has a fun backdrop of vintage patent drawings and a fun wine display that wraps around the wall into the bar area. 
The whole bar has a super industrial feel with metal conduit shelves, a raw wood slab bar top, and metal cladding around the entire base of the bar. The golden metallic chairs demand a second glance as well. 
The new work space has desks that are cladded in reclaimed barn wood, all with concrete countertops and orange spotlights hanging above each person’s spot. 
The Job Map Wall is dotted with all of the hundreds of construction jobs we have done throughout Chicago over the years. Impressive is an understatement!
